It takes him five minutes just to lock it on in a pro wrestling match. Mind you, Lesnar is the real deal...but he could have come up with a hold that was a bit more...shall we say, realistic. If you can anticipate the techniques you can counter it. So basically, it depends on your knowledge of the lock being applied and it's hard to think when you've just had a forearm or elbow in your face.
