I don't know anything about the fighters. I would go, except that it's a little far for me to go and get back in time for work the next day because I don't drive. The UK K-1 doesn't even seem to have its own website or advertise outside of muay thai gyms. Ali Posted January 29, 2004 Share Posted January 29, 2004 In the ring, the main difference is the Wing Chun fighter has to wear glove that to a certain extent avoid 2 things: a) Sensitivity of palm that generate from "Sticky hand" b) Normal using of fist because glove block this But I can say Wing Chun's elbow force that generating help neck wrestling in Muay Thai. I have been playing with a guy who practised WC & MT and lighter than me 20 Lbs has an upper hand on me when doing neck wrestling.
