Charles Teixeira Posted December 8, 2003 Share Posted December 8, 2003 Getting ready for a fight with a minimum of roadwork. I got four months to prepare for a fight and I have problems with my feet. Even a bike would work, as long as you're getting cardio without being on your feet. 1st dan & Asst. Instructor TKD 2000-2003No matter the tune...if you can rock it, rock it hard. SevenStar Posted December 9, 2003 Share Posted December 9, 2003 shadow boxing - twelve 3 min rounds jumping rope - five 3 min rounds bag work- eight 3 min rounds then, hit https://www.trainforstrength.com and check out scrapper's bodyweight workouts.
