I Sarted Karate in January 2003, and i was wondering... is there a good exercise to exercise your flexebylity... im practicing my mawashi-geris, and i realy wanted to exercise my flexibility ( wich s***s) Thanx in advance... Personally, I don't do all that much stretching - but now again, I don't do high kicks. Kata applications usually literally hit below the belt.
