Sparky Posted November 9, 2003 Posted November 9, 2003 Does anyone know where I could find the moves for this kata? I am working on the kata currently, but it would be nice to have it written down somewhere. Sparky Posted November 10, 2003 Author Posted November 10, 2003 Awesome, gheinisch. Looks like there are some small differences than the one I am learning, but this is close enough. If anybody has some tips on learning this kata, feel free to share. Thank you. aefibird Posted November 11, 2003 Posted November 11, 2003 Kanku Sho is a great kata! When I was first learning it, I found it helpful to split it up into sections of 3 or 4 moves and really practise that section. Then I'd move onto the next one and then finally try and fit it all together. Good luck with your training, Sparky. "Was it really worth it? Only time and death may ever tell..."
