kataman Posted November 11, 2003 Posted November 11, 2003 I know some styles, as Han moo do and Tae kwon do (I think) that do not use kata. They seem to be fine without it, but they don ´t know what they are missing... in tea kwon do they use the term forme similar to kata they are the only hand techniques use in that sport I don't train for belt color I train to survive on the street
