mookie Posted December 6, 2003 Share Posted December 6, 2003 i only know of timerman from my old instructor. he owned the berkely/birmingham school. i would strongly advise against going there if you are loking to learn something. I would suggest KSW in troy. its actually at lifetime fitness and run by gehrik mohr. gehrik is pretty intense and he wont let you learn things the wrong way. he is a prety amazing teacher.
