and sano, in most venues, when you fight full contact, you do wear some sort of protective gear, even if it's nothing more than gloves and a mouthpiece.

Try to do a mix of full and semi contact fighting. Full contact will allow you to learn how to take full-on hits, while semi-contact (which is easily the faster method) will develop your hitting speed.

You more you sweat in training, the less you bleed on the battlefield...

this has been said before.

 

all types of sparring is good for you.

 

at different speeds and different levels of aggression and at different levels of 'hardness' different things happen.

 

hence, every type of sparring can teach you something and every type of sparring has something that you can learn.

 

thre is no one 'best' way of doing things.

post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are.

what id do is learn to block so if someone attacks you, you cn block savin u gettin damaged.

Blocking is a last resort action. Avoiding a strike altogether should be your initial defense and striking them before they even chamber their strike is optimal (offense).
