Toast
At my school, we do Paegaes...and then u can choose to learn ITF forms... Hwa Rang is a good form...but if you are in an open circuit, spice it up... Make sure your forms have good stances, and technique.... <Victory Martial Arts>15 yrs old; 6 yrs in TKD1st Degree Black BeltJr. Olympian | Team USA Qualifier"Train Like A Champion, Fight Like A Warrior"
Topic
I practice the same style ITF and Hwarang Do isnt much difficult to learn. I dont think any of the forms are nice to look at in my opinion, so i suggest you take a little bit of every form, it might not even be from TKD and just mke up your own. Think of new kick combinations, make everythign smooth, have pauses etc.
