Turtle Press just released a DVD called Jin Jung Kwan National Championship 2003 and they have full contact sparring on the DVD. Here's another that should work. http://www.karateforums.com/viewtopic.php?p=60169&highlight=sparring#60169 To put my own twist on it, KSW is very similar to Hapkido. We start off sparring with only strikes. After you've developed enough control (usually not before 1st dan), some schools will allow limited use of techniques in sparring. Kuk Sool Won - 4th danEvil triumphs when good men do nothing.
