I agree with delta1. An impressive kick to watch but not practical. Learn it so that you can show off.

Its the kind of kick u see in TKD, looks fancy but...how can i put it "all bark and no bite".

 

Still i think anyone who can do it is very skillful and fit, but maybe they should be using that fitness for more efficent kicks, like a nice solid sidekick to the knee.

oh yes you can use it in sparring or fighting sit.. but i do not know if it is wise to use it in a street fight.
