Drunken Monkey Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 basic moves? point with end of stick. pont with link-end of stick. parry/swing. parry/point. parry/point with chain. double stick parry (draw down) double stick parry (draw up) double stick parry (to your front) all of these are to be done from both sides. and with both types of grip. and many many more. like i say it's all very boring. like i said before, you do these until you can do the moves quickly without "shakes". then you start on the swinging block/hits. post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."

Drunken Monkey Posted October 31, 2003 Posted October 31, 2003 man, when i first got onto swinging the three, my shins and the back of my head were always getting knocked. but now, i always seem to get my fingers knocked by one of the sections AND now that i'm putting more power in to it, it hurts even more... post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."
