cymry Posted October 25, 2003 Posted October 25, 2003 ard strike to the base of the skull or back of the neck. I think one of them can sever the spinal column, causing instant death.
hajime Posted October 25, 2003 Author Posted October 25, 2003 excellent but a bit sneaky. how about stamping on a person's chest or a strike to the groin? the former I believe is valid can you kill with the latter as films suggest? 700 hours of official training. Injury finished me dammit!1st Kyu Wado Ryu
hajime Posted October 29, 2003 Author Posted October 29, 2003 come on answer me otherwise I will have to find someone to practise on 700 hours of official training. Injury finished me dammit!1st Kyu Wado Ryu
Warp Spider Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 ard strike to the base of the skull or back of the neck. I think one of them can sever the spinal column, causing instant death. I wouldn't count on severing a person's spinal cord with one blow. Many people couldn't do that with a meat cleaver. Unless perhaprs the victim is 85. Paladin - A holy beat down in the name of God!
JerryLove Posted October 29, 2003 Posted October 29, 2003 Agreed... there are some excellent hits right there though. Ignoring arguing medical symantics, the right hit will "rattle your cage" and may cause unconsiousness/death. https://www.clearsilat.com

I wouldn't attempt this on a fat person with a fat neck 700 hours of official training. Injury finished me dammit!1st Kyu Wado Ryu
theswarm Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 anything that causes concussion can result in death so holding the left side of their head stable while elbow striking the right temple would do a fair bit of damage a 'board braking' knife hand strike between the 3rd and 4th (i think?) vertebrae will sever the spine...apparently anyway
Drunken Monkey Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 boards aren't flexible, the spinal column is. if you can hold his head stable, why not use the ground or a wall instead of your hand? post count is directly related to how much free time you have, not how intelligent you are."When you have to kill a man it costs nothing to be polite."

I doubt hardly anyone can sever a fresh steak with a bare handed blow, let alone a spinal cord covered in bones. Paladin - A holy beat down in the name of God!
WC-Strayder Posted November 7, 2003 Posted November 7, 2003 Reallity and fiction is two very different things I'm affraid. On a scale from 1 to 100 I guess you have a fraction of 1 % to kill anyone with "a one hit blow"! Then consider yourself very unlucky, coz you just killed someone's kid........ If the first lesson was a failure, then you know that skydiving isn't for you!
