martialartsresearcher Posted October 20, 2003 Share Posted October 20, 2003 you all know praying mantis kung fu combines awearness and flexibility,and one of the reason i see praying mantis kung fu as a effective martial art;not that im downing other martial art styles,but i like praying mantis kung fu for it's awearness,because sence 99.9% of all thugs use the element of suprise i see praying mantis kung fu as one of the most effective martial art styles out there in the world. if only there were more martial art schools that thaught styles like jiu-jitsu and krav maga and pankration. but what are ya going to do? thanks for your time.
