About five years ago, I took TKD and got up to green belt, and I just started taking karate two months ago. Starting over wasn't that bad, but I found that while training every once and a while during those five years, I had developed a few bad habits.

Hey everyone. I'm about to buy some sparring gear, and I was thinking about getting the ProForce lightning hand and foot guards. Has anyone ever used it? I was also thinking about getting this for headgear (click) has anyone used this? I'm new to ordering this stuff, so i'm just looking for some opinions. Also, where's the best website to order all of this online? Thanks!
