New to the boards, Chris is the name, I took TKD for 4 years in the 80's, just got back into it this past January. At the same school (Smith's) that I was when a youngster, and love it...not sure why I ever quit. Not as fast, flexible or light as I used to be, but I ahve dropped 5\47 punds since I started, with a combination of exercise and diet, and now fit in a size 5 gi. Hope to make green before January rolls around. that was my highest in the 80's. It is not about the blets for though, it is about self defense, skill and confidence. See you all on the boards.
