My wife and I were thinking about joining to school that we just signed our boys up at. I am 33 and she is 30. Are there a lot of others that start at this age or later? How long do they usually last at it? Any other input would be greatly appreciated.

It's the American Academy of MArtial Arts. This is the school we decided to go with.

We have visited multiple schools and have narrowed it down to these two based on instructor, cost, location, class structure, class schedule and how the students respond in class. We are looking for futher discipline and physical activity for the boys. Basically looking for recommendations on what style might be better for the kids. Also have heard some things about ATA wanting you to sign different contracts.

Looking to start my 7 and 5 year old sons in a martial arts school. We are looking at ATA BlackBelt Academy or another school that teaches a style mixed of the best techniques from Karate, TaeKwonDo, Judo, JuJutsu, Aikido, Arnis, Kung Fu and weapons. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
