We still do have a FEW flashy techniques but not as much as proven solid techniques, and yeah, when it comes to self-defense flashy techniques go out the window. Thank You for your warm welcome and i look forward to conversing with other martial artists.

Hello everyone, i am new as you can see, i'm 27 and practise an eclectic martial art called Endzone Freestyle System(EFS). EFS is a mixed martial art that combines the more practical and less flashy techniques from a varity of traditional and non-traditional martial arts. I hope i am welcome in the karate forums community. Thank you.

Hello, I am also a practitioner of Endzone Freestyle System(EFS). My instructor and close friend Matt(Endzone Freestyle Fighter) and I have been working hard to make the perfect martial art for quite a while now and have won many tournaments applying EFS. We are still far from being a perfect martial art but are still adding more techniques and theories. I am an assistant instructor and am happy to see that people keep coming back to us after the first class. Matt works the beginners quite hard and the expirienced even harder. I am very proud this eclectic system and will continue to train and contibute to this style( or rather, Freestyle). Additional feedback would be appreciated.
