Can you please help me with information on the Side Punch (Jun Tsuki). How to perform it (step by step) and then apply it on an opponent. Basically enough information for beginners and the basics will be more than enough.

OK, its just could I have it more simplified. Terms like chamber would be difficult for youngsters.
