  1. If you are new to heavy bag training try to have someone watch you at various intervals or videotape yourself. Many pick up bag habits on the bag, loading up on the punches, hunching shoulders, smothering punches and kicks. Its a great tool when used properly.
  2. yeah, I saw Alberto's fight up until the throw he was doing alot better than the other americans, but the burmese throw was just beautiful.
  3. I just started training in the Thai Swords also known as the Tiger Swords and I think it really compliments by Muay Thai training. Anyone else train in the Thai or Burmese or Cambodian Weapons? Also I only found one or two DVDs on the market, one by the dog brothers and the other just came out called Krabi Krabong: The Buddhai Sawan Path here at http://www.buddhaisawanpath.com.. Has anyone seen either dvd or dvds? Any other recommendations or suggestions? Thanks!
