I am at a loss to know why people have to run down another Martial Arts. Taekwondo is just as effective as any other Martial arts. It is up the individual person what type of Martial Arts they want to do. No matter what type you do they are all effective. So lets stop running down sports and lets get some positive feed back.

I think the reason people are dissing the sport of taekwondo is perhaps they dont understand it or the sprt. I must say myself after watching it on t.v. at the olypics, if i did not understand it i would also have to say it was boring, but because i do know what tkd is about it was very exciting to me to watch Laura Burns kick here opponents arse.
