Rateh's right. In my school, it takes about 5-6 years to get black belt, but it depends on the person.

I've heard that the quality of shirts isn't all that great, but I haven't had any personal experience. The main problem with CP is the prices. You might want to look at https://www.customink.com, as they seem to be a little better quality and much lower prices.
