Tapes IMO can only cover the basics like body positioning, no matter how many times you watch how a move is executed it'll never be as beneficial as having someone there to practise the move on and correct you when you make a mistake. -

Mines dominated by kids under 16, theres only 5 adults which includes me and im the only 20 year old, the others are between 30 and 40.
