Hi all, I am clearly new and am becoming increasingly interested in martial arts over the years and have practised for some years a little bit on my own in differetn martial arts. I have completed up to green belt in Aikido but have sadly quit due to the amount of time and effort required by the sport yet i hope to cotinue my training after i finish year 12. I am at the moment obsessed with conditioning of the body. I have been going to the gym for about the last few years with a few gaps and am starting to reap the benefits yet after such time i have also begun bone strengthening and pain absorption.
