  1. I have just started wu tai chi chuan in my town, i enjoy the relaxing calming vibes from it. I am definatley interested in the martial component of it. the question i am wondering is, with a couple of years of tai chi amrtial training, how effective would this MA be against a street fighter, or other MA like Karate.?
  2. in general, what uses more stamina, and cardiovascualr.. Kickboxing or Boxing.. or does it depend how hard and how aften the individual trains ?
  3. Well now that you peopel know what i'm talking about... IS there a Gym that teaches this in Fredericton??
  4. I would like to gain some knowledge about this art. i.e : Techniques, ect..
  5. nevermind.. i'm joining it.. it looks sweet
  6. So, does anyone know if this branch of Kung Fu is useful in real combat? And does anyone here have experience in this MA, and can tell me how you like it :?
  7. what is this MA? pai lum tao?
  8. Mr. First degree... Would you say that JKD is an effective art, like TKD? and if you do know anything about it, would it be able to stand the test of a real fight ?
  9. This is pretty much how i've been taking all the posts in that i read.. JKD is a mentallity, and doesn't teach you fighting moves, or anything, it just tells you to be free...???
  10. I don't understand... so JKD isn't a syle that will be effective in real fight situatiuons? I guess not.. it's only a philosophy
  11. hahahahaha I HAVE FOUND A JKD ACADEMY... GOOD TO GO!! it is under the ICMAUA.. is this trustworthy foks??
  12. ok.. so i'm in the small town of Fredericton, why would there be an "American TKD Associtaion" running, if i'm in canada..
