Hi ,i am 28 and live in columbus oh . There is a few schools a couple of blocks from me called the Rick Moore Academy, Dickerson Martial ARts, Extreme Martial arts I want to train once a week at Sat since i am getting into powerlifting aslo. I was wondering how do yuo go about picking a good school? i do not want to go to a black belt mill? i want to learn real self defense? thanks, Jeremy
