  1. He used to work much, without any rest and relaxation (i mean his telecareer) and in paralell he trained 6 times a week...so he became very nervous...and became using drugs as a form of relaxation. He fell apart in his little sport world, smashed if you want, died.
  2. In fact my question is how to break the moral line that keeps you during the fight...if you are afraid to change punches to kicks.(In this case I would like to know about competional situations)
  3. Sometimes we don't use kicks enough, we only push some kinds of kicks ahead and then hide into defence, trying to throw big right hands(or left) not to give your oppornent to step closer. Is it right? In my opinion-the hardest being is an ability to combine kicks and hands. Remember one of Muai Thai competition: if one of the fighters makes different assaults, sudden strikes, using his legs and knees, the other keeps the distance and throws short punches (as far a you remember-Muai Thai doesn't prefer punches) 'cause he can't change his maneer of fight. Under the lightning of kicks he only pushes the beater...Stop! Let's discuss how to help to yourself not to be in this silly situation. I want to know how to break the way of fight, using kicks and punches
  4. Our topic today is low kick. The general reason of this chat is its actuality. How do you think, is it worth practicing this kick or it can only hurt your leg without any damage to your oppornent? It's no doubt that the difference in positions before the kick depends on the style, even in Thai boxing or kick boxing...so,in fact - how do you beat low kick-I'm looking for your advices. If you can-give some examples from your life experience.
  5. And he adopted that right out of traditional kung fu (and later on traditional karate) training methods. You know, his force was connected espessially with his hard training... but he was well aware of how man could connect the physics laws with spirit will. Because of his hard emotional work he fell apart
