  1. Sorry, i got an error message about not having enough posts to PM
  2. Oh i didnt even look at that! yea im USA CPA ( certified Public Accountant ) IRS ( Internal Revenue Service ) i.e. US Government
  3. Sorry, i didnt mean to sound like a CPA. its just the IRS code for a non-profit organization.
  4. Just got back from the school i visited in the Premier MA organization. To keep it simple and to the point as well as not let my oppionions ( good or bad ) cloud it heres what i got: * Coprehensive Curriclulm * Clean, Corporate look * Combined styles to create a whole new style * More Karate feel than Taekwondo ( important in my case ) * Fresh and inovative ideas in scheduling and program placement * Geared more toward the self-defense/fitness market than technical stylistic Martial Artist. * Very impressive for an organization still in its infancy. * High priced and lengthly license.
  5. Be careful, its illegal to raise money for anything except a 5-301C non-profit organization. have people done it? yes for years. Will you probably get away with it? yes unless you're audited.
  6. Martialarther, Yes i have looked into TA, I recently spoke with their new school comittee about joining. Im leaning toward the Premier Martial Arts organization now. ill be visiting a school of thiers this Friday, ill post some thoughts afterward. Thanks for the information.
  7. I remember Master Pierce, i was trained under Chick and Kevin Mathis out of Ft Walton Beach Fl. I started my school in 96 independently and then went to the ITA ( Taewkondo Plus ) for the last 3 years. I have a list of reasons im making the switch. how many schools are in the HTF?
  8. I was ATA also ( 1985 to 1996 ) who are you with now?
  9. Yea, i dont feel its right that i post it here, but i just got sent the license and ( gulp ) wow. I think its fair though
  10. Yes MA success, I talked to several of their school owners and all have said thier schools and thier businesses have benefited greatly from the change. Both in student retention and in finacial $$. I will be visiting one of thier more successfull schools next week.
  11. Thier curriculum is made up of Karate, Kickboxing, Ground fighting and Kali.
  12. Hey, I used Dojo Master from T Soft for years. they still make it and i just went tot hesite and they've updated it substantially. https://www.tsoftsoftware.com/prod0008.htm good luck
