I shared a school with a Shotokan stylist. Kerry Paulie from Portland Ore. I did not always agree with the shotokan approach to martial arts but the forms are without a doubt the most exciting in the business.. To my Muay Thai brother. Fighting is not all there is to an art. What of the Ram Muay?

I love TKD. It has been a part of my life for nearly 40 years. Kicking art? It is much more than that. As far as olympic style not being real fighting. Go to a tournament. After the first couple of knockouts maybe you will change your mind.

Amateur kickboxing is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.It is an experience you will never forget and will wish on your children and grandchildren. It is an experience known by few but envied by many. If you have any doubts just do it. -
How can you possibly talk about Martial Art movie stars without mentioning Don"The Dragon"Wilson. He is the only true fighter on the screen.
