wow! look how strong these viruses are! look at this anoying one! the backdoor one could open the disktray, and even interfere with typing! Oh and the ilove you one, was from the philippines! yay! but um...my father had to stay overnight at work to fix it because, it hit every body in the office,or should i say...the building(it also hit 3.1 million computers around the world and it stole and sent important information to its filipino home, like passwords.)!!! Did you guys ever have any viruses?

this drill is for also balance and to get the form right: do as you normally would do a front kick. dont do the whole thing yet, right before you kick, stop. kick with the other leg and that's a jumping front kick. don't put your foot on the ground, leave it like the other leg was. go on and remember that you could do it with other kicks(not stretch ones). I hope you understand .
