unfortunately ive only been able to take tae kwon doe, i want to start taking hapkido soon, but it wont be happening for a long time

its about skill, not the belt, i know many brown belts that can take black belts easily

weights are not need to show your abs, if your situps get too easy, add more, or do it in a slanted position so there is more resistance, weights are not needed at all, its just a personal choice

L.A. cops, they dont take anything from nobody -
ive heard that saying many times, abs are made in the kitchen not the gym, not true, sure eating right is a big part, but you really need to add resistance to make your abs grow and that all comes from the gym

two hand blocks are the most useful in my opinion, because if the opponent is pushing you, you can break free

i barely know any grapples for take downs, id love to learn some, but tae kwon doe i go to is mostly based on fancy kicks and fast moves in fight -

i personally think kung fu is good for fighting against more than one opponent at a time -
i would have to disagree, some huge muscular guys, theyre bodies are so well built that they can withstand a couple of blows with baseball bats, so the only tactic that would be useful is a pressure point hit
