  1. unfortunately ive only been able to take tae kwon doe, i want to start taking hapkido soon, but it wont be happening for a long time
  2. its about skill, not the belt, i know many brown belts that can take black belts easily
  3. weights are not need to show your abs, if your situps get too easy, add more, or do it in a slanted position so there is more resistance, weights are not needed at all, its just a personal choice

  5. ive heard that saying many times, abs are made in the kitchen not the gym, not true, sure eating right is a big part, but you really need to add resistance to make your abs grow and that all comes from the gym
  6. two hand blocks are the most useful in my opinion, because if the opponent is pushing you, you can break free
  7. umm, its not all about which is better. its which you find better for yourself
