  2. you are guessing right....... there was pain lots of it!
  3. Let's see.....First match my opponent lands on my knee......Result: Surgery and 3 months of recovery.....
  4. Yes! Karate gives more speed and endurance for both Sumo and Ju-jitsu. Sumo gives more power for karate and ju-jitsu, and ju-jitsu gives me more stamina, and helps me with my ground moves. So it's like this: i can make a karate speedy, powerfull sumo takedown and finish with a grappling move.
  5. For videos check out this site: http://amateursumo.com/
  6. In training ive learned more than fighting and counting, i've lerned a way to live! That commercial is cool! I've already seen it!
  7. Ok i will keep you posted. Japanese? I know how to say thank you, good night, good day, and count up to 100....
  8. In restaurants i don't believe so..... It's kinda of a heavy meal, i think only sumotoris in sumo schools eat it! And i never tried it But i believe i will very soon, because i'm heading to Japan for the Sumo World Championships
  9. The professional sumo wrestlers diet consists in only one meal per day. A stew called Chanko Nabe, made with rice, vegies, and only white meat (chicken and other birds), and it's very nutricious kinda of 8500 cal. In one meal of Chanko Nabe you can eat up to 50000 cal.
  10. I eat as normal as the next guy, don't do anything special to get big....i believe where everybody does the same, diets to get big it's mainly a japanese thing!
  11. Kinda of slow, but if grab you in one of those huge arms, youre dead meat......
  12. well one of my sumo practice partners is 6 foot 7 and 487 pounds! i believe that is big enough!
