  1. Muay Thai? It is tough, but no tougher than my Goju dojo... I don't get it's rep, i have seen way meaner things in karate
  2. I can see it now... (T.V show dream flash out thing) Bodidarhma (sp?) is sitting in the monastary with a rather dubiously procured computer (where he get the power?). He comes across this topic and simply react with a...Shudder... To answer the Question, yes, yes I do
  3. About the ages of Black Belts: I myself am almost 16, and about to go for my second dan. I have been training for 8 years now, and the youngest Black belt in my Dojo was 11, and there was only one. She started when she was , and has been training hard ever since she was 4. She does very good Kata's and has a lot of focus. However, she did not get her Shodan for being Cute and little!!!, she routinely fights the adults, and sometimes wins. < >>
  4. Of course, there is no point in not doing it.
  5. Just so everyone knows, Junjutsu include Ken (sword), Jo (staff) and Te (empty Hand). Must Dojo's will teach Iai and Kendo as well. The Te portion of Kenjutsu is what Aikido (spelling?) is based most on. While Aikido is more gentle, Kenjutsu is usually much more damaging, with moves designed to be executed as easy or easier than Aikido, and which cause much more damage. It is a combat art, although it does share many principals with Aikido. It is the "Parent" art.
