  12. I guess doing sport might help you in martial arts, running regularly increases stamina etc. In the same way your martial art may help you become better at your sport. I think it depends on how much you can handle doing, if you can't handle them all you'll know because you're performance in at least one of them will suffer. I know I couldn't handle an MA and three sports!

  14. That would be a good idea My advice is pretty much the same as everyone elses. See whats in your area and make sure you research a bit about your chosen martial art before you go and try it, to see if you'll like it or not.

  16. Bitseach isn't the only one who hasn't heard of some of these MAs. I'd really like to do some TKD as well but I don't know if I'd get mixed up all the time with two MAs I don't know how people can remember 8 or 9.
  17. I train in a scouts hut, which is really small, but our instructors great and there are only about ten of us so it doesn't matter.
