Can anyone give me some good tips on sparring drills? One thing I need to work on is to blitz. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Personally, a warrior is all mind, body, and spirit. Me personally, I chose the path of Christianity, believing in Jesus Christ, his death and resurrection, and because of HIM, I DO NOT FEAR DEATH. Mind and Body, and because of Christ, I have been blessed with the ability to protect myself and others, in the martial arts. -
I noticed you said you were Brasilian. My wife is brasilian too, and she took Capoeira when she was 8. I've got tapes on Capoeira from Panther Productions and have learned some of the techniques. What state do you live in?
