ugh....... I'm new member in aikidojo, so I'm still learn barehand techniques -
uhm....... I don't know for sure, because in my country there's only aikikai and yoshinkan aikido exist.

Yes and No, Karate and Taekwondo are same, their both are martial art with a few same punch and kick. But Karate and Taekwondo have a different too, in TKD kick is dominant then punch -

Hakama is a wide pants for aikido ka when they practice. But as long as I know hakama just weared for aikido ka if they has black belt (Dan grade)
