I turn left onto a main road. Then I turn right immediately once I get on that road onto another main road. I drive straight on that road for 5.5 miles and I'm there. Probably 10-15 minute drive.

I'm looking to buy a stretching machine in the $150-$200 range. Do any of you have any good recomendations?

The Century Versaflex looks pretty good but it costs $250, which is out of my budget.

actually WesQ the dan bon system is world wide not just the federation so you dan bon is 42327 so you are the 42327th person in the world to recieve your cho dan in our art. My dan bon is 36434, and i am wondering who all is going to nationals in florida next month, i am on the region 5 sparring team and i hope to see alot of people there.

I remember hearing that quote from someone. I just love the emphasis on tradition and the art itself, actually teaching about history. Not just only about the formation of the federation in the 40's and 50's, but about ancient times and the hwarang too.

EDIT: Another thing I forgot to mention is the dan bon #'s, its amazing how we all have our numbers. I am the 42327th person to recieve a blackbelt in the federation (I believe its the federation), and I can trace it back all the way to Hwang Kee. My Instructor's number is somewhere in the 32,000's I believe, and his instructor's before that, and his instructor, and keeps going back to #1.

I think its pretty cool how Hwang Kee kept things traditional. My do bok does have a midnight blue trim, and my belt too. Progression in the ranks I've noticed is a lot slower than at other places. I remember taking Tae Kwon Do at the YMCA when I was a kid. Started with a white belt, a month later... yellow. I remember seeing like 6 year old black belts, crazy. It took me about 5 years to test for my Cho Dan. I find it difficult to explain to other people about why my 'black belt' is midnight blue but yeah, I think it's cool.
