  1. Hmm the link doesn't seem to be working....
  2. yeah I've done the maths too but being a student, I don't think I'll be able to afford it after a year.
  3. Thanks Traditional-Fist
  4. I meant young in the sense of how hard it will be to learn/do well in JKD.
  5. Is 16 a good age to start JKD?
  6. See that's the thing-I need motivation to spur me on and continue in martial arts. I am the only one who can do that but how do I do it? Also, I am unsure whether to join now!
  7. Well its the cheapest one near me that does jkd. I don't know how I will afford it tho.
  8. so what do you think?
  9. The class is small so that the instructor can focus on each individual. It is £16 for two 1 1/2 hour lessons per week.
  10. How about £16 for 3 hours a week?
  11. No the £10 is just for a 1 1/2 hour class. Yeah I thought it was expensive too but no where near me provides both JKD and wing chun which are ultimately what I want to learn. I have been searching around for nearly a year and have had no success. There definitely is no place in my area that does the arts I want to learn.
  12. Im about to pay £10 per lesson which lasts 1 1/2 hours. There are no gradings and there are no insurance or membership payments. Should I join or is this too expensive? I am about to train under one of Dan Inosantos instructors Paul Finn and/or Ralph Jones. The classes are ideal for me as they teach wing chun, Jun fan gung fu, JKD, jun fan kickboxing and kali/escrima/arnis. Any thoughts?
  13. Thanks for the sites, I went on all of them. I found a site called Zanshinkali and they have classes near me although it is a bit pricey-its £10 per 1 1/2 hour lesson! they teach JKD and wing chun which is ideal for me but I was hoping for somewhere that was cheaper and affordable. Does anyone know of any wing chun classes in Northern Kent that are cheaper? BTW anyone heard of Zanshinkali?
  14. Hi everybody, I'm new here. Please could someone tell me if they know of wing chun/ving tsun classes in North Kent. I have been looking for about 8 months now with no success and have checked sites such as wingchun.org frequently. Thanks for any knowledge in advance.
