karate has help me so much i was so shy i woulden't look at them when i would talk now i can teach talk to people eye to eye teach pewees to adults groups alll that i can talk in front of many people perform in tournaments its help me out in so many way i thank God having my parents for putting me in the martial arts im calm never been in a fight hope i never will its just done wonders

i trained in madera california my instructor is prof. sasha williams ya we been doing that for years so basically stripe go on both sides for us

well in the american kenpo school im going to the kids get 4 stripes on each side when their ready to test for their next belt and the adults get one stripe on each side but if your a black belt in another style then u can wear your blackbelt but the stripes will go on the right side and the left just blank
