I havent practiced martial arts in years, and recently got back into it. Just got out some notes and my bo and have been trying to figure out some of these katas. It would really help if i could find a site where i could read about how to perform moves and watch some katas and maybe even learn a new kata or move or technique. have any of you come across a good site that might have this info, and maybe some videos. thanks
