hi i be back training 2mmow night from 3 week holiday and we got a new sensi and has change syllabus little bit not the style

well done trained hard for the next belt

he was my best sensi i find to teach jujitsu and i will remember everything he teach me all the skills and i will pass it on

hi my sensi 5th dan Terry Clarke is leaving are and we got a new sensi and i was thinking of getting him a thank you card he be my best sensi

hi my tai chi going good i have done 10weeks on my course i am leading rest of my class on the 11/01/07 to 08/02/07 left on my beginning tai chi course and im going to apply for the improves tai chi course for 10weeks start on 22/02/07

hi i know someone and he used to do jujitsu and he want to get back into it but if go to a thursday club would i able to teach him on other day and by the way im 4th kyu Green Belt going for 3rd kyu blue belt and i can ask my sensi for new membership form for my friend
