hello. i am searching the internet for information on chinese martial arts training, individual training, forms, etc., that can be practiced by one's self. i am most interested in Lanshou Men. i feel it is the style best suited to my physical attributes and mental state. i have researched this thoroughly and am very serious in my intent to learn this style or any (and eventually many) others. any links, information on getting started training, techniques etc., would be greatly appreciated. any information would be, really. thank you.
