Ive seen someone loose there belt for a couple of months and they quit because of that. That happened because they were being stupid but they deserved it.
When i start my first lesson of TKD this week, im going to start a notebook, i wish i had done it for the 7 years of kempo jutsu, i would never have forgotten the thing i learnt then
I tried it but it didnt really work and i ended up tensing my arm or laughing (have no idea why) How long should i concentrate before asking a friend to bend it.
