I take TaeKwanDo and i think its a good selfdefense. I don't know who thinks its not good but i think it is. Most martial arts are good self defense. A lot of my friends take it and think is also a good self defense.

I don't know if yall play it but the PS2 is virtually the best console out. I mean, its loaded with games and the gfx aint that bad. Its basically a family system, and great for sports games. I like the GameCube, but personally i don't think anything can beat the PS2's library of games. Just thought i'd post even if it is an old post and no one looks. ... Forgot to mention that someone recently hacked into the xbox and got all the passcodes for the crap. All the Xbox is, is a computer that you cant upgrade. Virtua Fighter 4 is the best fighting game ever created. It has great fighting combat, and realistic backgrounds and fighting stages. I give it five thumbs :up: :up: . It is a must have for all fighting game fans.

Well, 2 days ago i was in a Regional TaeKwanDo tournement (My first) and i won First place. Now i have a nice trophy! Yea heh! Just wanted to brag a little. I can do that, can't i?

also never run toward your opponet, i fight people like that all the time and i nail them in the torso.
