  1. i tried out aikido, definetly seems interesting... i found a place a lil S of me (12 miles) that does hapkido, i'll give them a call tommorow, see what they offer and stuff, and on thursday I try judo i'll look for a place that does jujitsu as well... aikido seemed as if the attacker would attack you and then just sorta hold his hand there for u to execute something, or i'm just saying this cuz they were showing me the moves... seemed interesting, but not too practical (not to mention aikido is all defense, no attack moves) which i guess I could use TKD for but... i did like that fact that it involves NO kicks or punches which is what i was looking for... lets see what hapkido is like...
  2. Am i allowed to wear a black vneck uniform, or is that for masters only? I will ask tommorow, but i was just curious now.... this is for TKD btw
  3. gunna be checking out aikido tommorow, and judo on thursday only bad thing my car broke down today (its had a messed up motor for a while, so it gave up today) and hopefully i can drop the car off at the place whos gunna put my new motor in monday, and have my car back by end of the week

  5. does hapkido have any kicks/punches? if so how much? like I said, i really dont want to confuse myself with TKD kicks, and hapkido kicks how does the ranking/belt system work?
  6. a. after matching matrix of course (joke aside, always wanted to learn some ways to defend myself instead of swining punches) b. I love it, I dont know why, i want more and more of it....
  7. Hello I was wondering what other martial art anyone would reccomend along with TKD if i get taken down... I have wrestled in highschool if it helps any... Hapkido, judo, or jjsu? I dont want to do brazilian jjsu, i prefer the japanese style... I was leaning more towards judo, i'd like to learn some joint locks, grappling, and some throws, pressure points would be nice too thx!
