Yellow Belt (2/10)

  1. I've never been in a real fight, but I have one fast trick up my sleeve , something I train every day, that's the backfist. Try it without spinning, just pretend like you have an itch on you left shoulder or something, bring your right arm to your left shoulder, and from that position, hit him hard!
  2. I guess my trademark technique is a double-sidekick, sometimes triple! Me and my sparringpartner were sparring once, and I gave him a sidekick(dolleyo) and he put his knee up fast, and put it back on the ground real fast, because he expected just one kick, so I kicked him again in the same position, I was surprised myself that it worked....
  3. 15 Euro's a month for Tae-Kwon-Do class, twice a week, 23 Euro's a month for Aikido once a week...
  4. Allright, I just had my first bokkens, one of hardwood, one ninja bokken(straight) and one Foam bokken with a wooden centre... Me and a friend of mine (who practices Aikijustu (The Lip)) were doing a little practice, he taught me some simple basics.... Then we started doing some other things, like blocking etc, and *SNAP*.... We both looked at eachother, thinking :" no way...who's one is it, yours or mine?". Well it was mine , so now I'm trying to return it, just mailed the guy, and I'm waiting for his reply at the moment...
  5. Almost 16, red belt in Tae-kwon-do and just started Aikido...
  6. I started with Tae-kwon-do when I was 11 years old, I'm turning 16 on the 29th of March And I have done some Aikido practice lessons a little while ago...
  7. I started TKD when I was 11 years old, 29th of March I turn 16 And I did a pair of practice lessons of Aikido....
  8. I think you have to know for sure that it's good quality wood and stuff...
  9. Now that are some good ideas I like it! keep 'm coming
  10. Well that's a cool idea thanks! I'll keep that in mind
  11. Well, that's a good idea, but I don't think in the beginning we're going "hard" at it....
  12. Here I am again My friends and I are thinking of going to the forest, and doing some kind of martial arts game, but we don't have a clue what we're going to do We have some different martial arts, and we're thinking of taking some bokkens or other weapons/items with us, but also, we're not sure what to take with us... Do you have some ideas? Thanks in advance
  13. Yeah I know There is a Karate school nearby, but, 1) The lessons are at a time that I have to work... 2) I don't think they teach arts of weapons... But I'm thinking about making my own kata's with a bokken or something....
  14. That's true, I'm a bit in between those things, what to do...maybe some more tips?
