which part you focus in forms more? ability(strengths....muslces...etc) or skill(techniques....movement...)? do u think playing form is near to the real fighting or just a perform of styles, movement..etc? -
what is in your mind when you are playing pattern? are u thinking something or only just look at what u are looking at?

i wish i can get advise from here. the combative martial art (chinese kick boxing) club in my school which i join has faced the problem of lack of students, the fees cannot cover the intructor's transport fees. now my intructor is teaching us with losses all the time. i wish the class can continue, it is very difficult for me to find this kind of class. i dont want to lost this opportunity.

from the beginning, i learn ITF, but now i learn GTF, my class suddenly change into GTF organization, but we still use itf pattern in the competition, only use few new pattern like Ko-Dang(most),our pattern still using ITF style to play -

push up,hundreds of kicks and seat up and any stressful exercise, i will do any exercise if they r good for me, using some exercise equipment will be more better, i always do exercise alone, how about u try some stressful exercise your ownnself, maybe u will do more than u do with other people -

yeeah, thanks for your explain, i have been played pattern with unmeaningly so many years, always attend competition but i didnt know the meaning of the pattern and the uses of the movement, thank u so much,i hope i can find more from everywhere -

oh,before GTF, i was an ITF student, i didnt know when the class had been changed to GTF, there r no any difference between GTF and ITF,the defference is the new patterns(i think) -

i practise turning kick to build up my staminah, side kick to my sparring, but i found my knee very hurt after training, will these kind of practise will cause any injuries on my knees? -

the style i learn is near to my sholder, the block is to hit away the staff, i think i saw alot of different style, some people block until the height of nose, some people block with the hight of lower to shoulder,the style i m learning is blocking with power, i m still looking for more nice style
