Hi all, Just wondering if any of you went over (or even competed!) in the WKF world championships in Mexico last year (was in November!). since hailing from the UK was well impressed that ENgland got 2 golds and a silver - 2nd in the league behind Japan. So did any of you go/compete? or heard anything about it? Cheers Andy

Hi everyone, first time post here! Many apologies as I am sure this has been asked many times before. I am a regular competitor in kata tournaments and really want to learn a kata called Anan (NOT ananku). I do have an instructor who can teach me but he is unavailable for a good while. Does anyone know any free video downloads of the kata that are of good quality? Even better if there is a step by step guide - might be asking for too much though! Many thanks to you all Andy
