Ok well to me it means the balance of the mind and the body. What the mind says the body does. What the body feels the mind also feel and reacts to.

I once read somewhere that the true meaning of the yin-yang is the relationship of the body and the mind. The mind can move the body and the body can move the mind. And only when these two forces are equal with each other can one do things like lift up a car and safe someones life. Things like that.

The only thing I can say about that is 'don't become overwhemled and if you think you may be getting overwhemled then take a step back and look at what you are doing.

In my past I have learned to like losing more then winning. Please, I know it sounds stupid but the more you lose the more you can learn from that. for example if you lose because you weren't fast enough then to win you will have to be faster next time. It's as simple as that.

I believe the respected on because they give you somone to look up too everytime you are training keeping you from becoming something that you don't want to be.

Im reading Casca, its a great book but no one knows about it though.

I got to go see it saturday the 19th.

I say that since nes has been around longer then playstation and xbox that it rocks the most because it knows more about how games work.

I don't know I just came up with it one day for Diablo II.
